PAYMENTS: The total sum is due at the time of booking (except 28+ rates). You may pay in cash, by check, or by credit card. Your payment may be refunded according to our cancellation policy in case of cancellation.

RESERVATIONS are accepted subject to availability changes that may be beyond the control of PYRAMIDS IN FLORIDA. Changes that could affect your reservation, but are not limited to damage to the rental property, which makes it unsuitable for occupancy. Our liability is limited to the return of your deposit and any rental payments made, regardless of the reason for the unsuitable occupancy.

CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel your stay for free until thirty-one (31) days before your arrival. After that, the following fees will be applied:
30% of the total rental fee if cancelled within 30 days before arrival
60% of the total rental fee if cancelled within 14 days before arrival
100 % of the total rental fee in case of No Show or curtailment of stay.
We recommend you to take out insurance against cancellation of the travel contract or premature termination of the stay. Cancellation is required in writing.

OCCUPANCY: Our Pyramids chalets are only reserved for the number of persons stipulated in the booking confirmation. There is an extra fee for any additional person. Subletting is expressly prohibited. Pyramid chalets, as well as all other facilities and amenities, are reserved for the exclusive use of our registered guests. The admission of additional (day) visitors is subject to additional charges and subject to approval by Pyramids in Florida.

PROVIDED in all units are bed linens, bathroom towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, baby equipment (upon request), and a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, trash bags, dishwashing soap, hand soap, and one load of laundry soap. Grocery stores, neighborhood markets, and convent stores are located nearby for your resupplying needs. Due to liability reasons, Pyramids in Florida is legally not entitled to refill or replace the BBQ gas tanks in your vacation home.

CONFIRMATION: Reservations are not considered confirmed until you have received a booking confirmation by E-Mail. Pyramids in Florida reserves the right to audit, adjust, or cancel any confirmed reservation for inaccuracy or misquoted information at no penalty to PIF or you, the renter. Confirmation of rental property can only be established when a payment is made. All payment and cancellation policies are put into effect at that time. However, no rental property request is guaranteed. Any difference in rate is subject to guest approval.

CLEANING: Your rental property is cleaned before your arrival and upon your departure but does not include daily maid service. Weekly maid service can be arranged with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for an additional charge. The renter is requested to leave the dishes clean and replace them in the cabinet. Please do not pull off used bed linens when checking out. Trash must be taken outside to the receptacle. You could be charged an additional cleaning fee if your rental home is left excessively dirty or littered. You are still subject to damage repair or replacement, so please be considerate and leave our home as you would your own home.

PETS: We have a limited capacity for pets in our Comfort and Royal pyramids. Please contact us before booking to ensure such a pyramid is available. There is a 2 pet per pyramid limit, we welcome pets up to 55 pounds. There is an additional charge per pet per day. Pets cannot be left unattended in vacation homes. Pets must be leashed while on the hotel property. Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pets. Additional fees may apply if the damage is found in the room upon checkout. Service pets may accompany guests with disabilities. Please understand that should your pet disturb other guests, Pyramids in Florida will have no other choice but to refuse further accommodation for your pet.

SMOKING: All Pyramids in Florida rental units are considered non-smoking. The renter may smoke on the terrace only.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3 pm to 8 pm. Please inform us about your expected arrival time. Late arrivals must be announced during office hours, from 9 to 11 am and 3 to 6 pm, or by phone at +1 (239) 826 39 52. Check out: 10 am. Late check-out is available upon request and against additional charges.

CHILDREN of any age are welcome. Children aged 16 years and above are considered adults at this property. To see the correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search. All cots are subject to availability.

DEFECTS: Pyramids in Florida are not responsible for any matters outside our control, such as mechanical failures or breakdown of appliances during your stay. Our staff and suppliers and representatives must be allowed to resolve/repair any issues brought to our attention. We will not accept any complaints on return from your holiday when we are not made aware of your concerns at the time. Should a problem arise whilst on holiday relating to the premises, immediate contact should be made with our staff, who will seek to resolve matters speedily.

GUEST BEHAVIOR: By agreeing to the terms and conditions of Pyramids in Florida, the undersigned is responsible for the behavior of all members of the party/group during the term of the stay. Behavior should not be excessive, noisy, or disruptive and should be consistent with the rules and regulations of Pyramids in Florida. Offensive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated, and no refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances. we reserve the right to decline future reservations.

DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF PROPERTY: You are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberate, negligence, or reckless act to the pyramids, resort’s premises, or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at Pyramids in Florida during your stay. We reserve the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at the booking or registration and charge the credit /debit card in such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion, deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Pyramids in Florida as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right, and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your unit or the property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs, and therefore, will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

FORCE MAJEURE: Pyramids in Florida cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the (prompt) performance of the reservation contract is prevented or affected because of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. These circumstances include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid, like the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control. It is explicitly agreed that an event of force majeure suspends execution of the reciprocal obligations for the parties and that each party shall pay the expenses resulting therefrom. In particular, the guests alone shall pay the additional expenses that might be incurred for any hotel change, following the force majeure event.
